No. Every booking is chauffeur-driven by an experienced, licensed driver aged 30–50. We do not offer self-drive car rentals or vehicles without drivers.
How does payment work?
You pay at pickup. No credit card is required to reserve your vehicle—confirm your journey and pay your driver upon arrival.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free. Simply message our 24/7 WhatsApp dispatch team with your booking details to change pickup times, locations, or vehicle choice.
Are the prices per person or per car?
Route prices are fixed per vehicle for the entire journey—not per passenger and not metered. What you see is the final price for the whole car.
Do you provide airport pickups and flight tracking?
Yes. We cover Jeddah (JED), Madinah (MED), and Dammam (DMM) airports. Enter your flight number during booking so your chauffeur tracks your arrival.
